Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided back to the original payment method if possible. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars. If your original payment method can not accept returns in Canadian funds then we will contact you to attempt to make alternate arrangements for a different payment method. At no point will any funds be returned in other currencies or crypto currencies.

If for whatever reason we are unable to provide a refund, a store credit will be issued for the amount owing.

Refunds will be processed by Aviators Paradise within 5 business days after approval. Delays outside of our control may occur such as bank processing delays, communication delays, or other such acts of God or Nature which delay processing. Please don't blame us, we are only human!
